Booking information
Payment
For payments made directly to the operator, the 2026 terms provide for 30% at booking confirmation and 70% 24 hours before the tour. Payment instructions are supplied directly; this website does not collect payment.
Cancellation
The operator’s 2026 terms allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour, with a refund of the deposit minus payment processing fees of 3%–6%. Less than 24 hours before departure, or in case of a no-show, the full amount is charged and no refund is issued. Conditions between 24 and 48 hours must be confirmed before booking.
Written notice & refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email. Applicable refunds are processed within seven business days, excluding non-refundable payment processing fees of 3%–6%. The operator’s contact email is partners@labellavitamalficharter.com.
Weather & exceptional circumstances
The operator may cancel or reschedule because of adverse weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control. If rescheduling is not possible, the stated options are a refund minus payment processing fees of 3%–6%, or a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Additional costs or losses are not covered by the operator’s stated terms.
What your rate includes
Private boat use, an expert local skipper, fuel for the agreed route, soft drinks, mineral water, fresh fruit and local snacks, towels and snorkelling gear on request, music and Bluetooth, safety equipment, insurance and VAT. Port fees are included unless otherwise stated; Capri port fees are extra. Onboard assistance is available on selected boats.
